Shipping Methods & Carriers

Tracking & Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • International Orders: Approximately 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or nondeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to address issues, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

Signature Requirement

  • For high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the package is received securely.
  • Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package if needed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damage and a brief description of the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. In cases where a package is confirmed lost, we will discuss the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

International Shipping Considerations

  • All international shipments are subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Valley Side JDM Engines is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country’s import regulations.
